Marlene Aron

Marlene is a lifelong New Englander and Framingham resident of over 35 years with extensive MetroWest commercial real estate expertise. Named one of the region's 10 Power Brokers by CoStar Group and voted #1 "Best Commercial Broker" in New England by over 50,000 voters, she has established herself as a leading industry figure.

She founded Investment Property Specialists in 1985 and purchased full ownership in 1990, becoming one of Massachusetts' first women to own a commercial real estate firm. After selling IPS in 2007, she now owns and operates Metrowest Commercial Real Estate with six licensed brokers.

Marlene's expertise spans industrial, medical, office, retail, and redevelopment properties, including notable transactions like Marian High School (now owned by Framingham) and multiple churches, banks, and healthcare facilities.

She has served on numerous boards including the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce (Chair), Framingham History Center, White Snake Projects, and as Vice President of both Jewish Family Services of MetroWest and Framingham Downtown, Inc. Marlene is currently serving as Membership Chair of the Framingham Business Association.
